It is no secret to people in the congregation I serve that I am not a fan of large flat screen TVs in the front of church. They inspire people to watch TV. I consider their place in the church to be unnecessary, even an intrusion. The reasons to keep people using their hymnals instead of watching a projection on a screen are plenteous. The need for screens is minimal at best.
Well, leave it to innovative congregation to come up with a solution. Hey, this is so crazy, it just might work!
